Alarm Descriptions

Within ALARM mode, press STOP / - to toggle through the multiple alarms in the following order:

Daily Alarm 1, Daily Alarm 2, Rest Alarm, Hydration Alarm, Altitude Alarm 1, Altitude Alarm 2

Daily Alarms 1 and 2

1. Alarm will sound on set time of day.

2. The alarm will sound continuously for 20 seconds then stop for 40 seconds.

3. The alarm will repeat the 20/40 second cycle three times unless the alarm is disabled.

4. Press any button to disable the alarm sound during the 20 second cycle.

5. The time of day will flash in the display while daily alarm is sounding.

Rest Alarm

1. User sets hour and minutes of this count-down timer.

2. The alarm will sound continuously for 20 seconds then stop.

3. Press any button to disable the alarm sound during the 20 second cycle.

4. The time of day will flash in the display while rest alarm is sounding.

5. The rest alarm will automatically turn OFF when sound cycles end or user

presses a button.

Hydration Alarm

1. User sets hour and minutes of this repeating count-down timer.

2. The alarm will sound continuously for 20 seconds then reset the timer.

3. Press any button to stop the alarm sound during the 20 second cycle.

NOTE: Hydration Alarm is not disabled until turned OFF in Alarm Mode.

4. A notification to DRINK will flash in the display while hydration alarm is sounding.

5. The hydration alarm will repeat to sound after the set time increment until turned OFF

in alarm mode.
